Halle Open: Marozsan moves into second round

Hungarian Fabian Marozsan beat Russian Roman Safiullin 7-5, 4-6, 6-1 to advance to the second round of the Halle Open at the Owl Arena/Gerry-Weber-Stadion.

Marozsan, ranked No 45, will face the winner of the match between Italian Jannik Sinner, the top seed, and Dutchman Tallon Griekspoor next.
