American qualifier Christopher Eubanks reached the second round of the Hall of Fame Open by beating German Dominik Koepfer 6-4, 7-5 at the International Tennis Hall of Fame & Museum in Newport on Tuesday evening.
Eubanks, ranked No 163, will play the winner of the match between Frenchman Benjamin Bonzi, the No 5 seed, and American qualifier William Blumberg next.
