Geneva Open: Jarry upsets Zverev to reach final, will play Dimitrov for the title
Nicolas Jarry beat Alexander Zverev 7-6 (3), 6-3 on Friday evening and will play Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov, the No 4 seed, in the final
Chilean Nicolas Jarry upset German Alexander Zverev, the No 3 seed, 7-6 (3), 6-3 to advance to the final of the Geneva Open at Tennis Club de Genève, Parc des Eaux-Vives on Friday evening.
Jarry, ranked No 54, will face Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov, the No 4 seed, next.

The Chilean won against Serb Dusan Lajovic (6-4, 6-2), Dutchman Tallon Griekspoor, the No 6 seed (W/O) and Norwegian Casper Ruud, the top seed (3-6, 7-6 (2), 7-5) earlier in the tournament.
In the previous rounds of the Geneva tournament, Zverev, ranked No 27, defeated American Christopher Eubanks (6-2, 6-3) and Chinese Yibing Wu (4-1 ret.).
