Generali Open: Molcan comes back from a set and 5-0 down against Ofner, through to last eight
Alex Molcan edged out Sebastian Ofner 4-6, 7-5, 7-6 (5) on Wednesday. He’ll face Argentinian Sebastian Baez in the next round
Slovak Alex Molcan reached the last eight of the Generali Open by edging out Austrian Sebastian Ofner, the No 4 seed, 4-6, 7-5, 7-6 (5) at Kitzbühel Tennis Club in Kitzbuhel on Wednesday.
He recovered from a set and 5-0 down to take the match, winning seven games on the spin to seal the second set.
Molcan, ranked No 120, will play Argentinian Sebastian Baez next.

Ahead of his victory, the Slovak beat Frenchman Luca Van Assche (6-4, 6-3).
