Generali Open: Galan reaches second round after win over Cecchinato
The Colombian will play the winner of the match between Swiss Marc-Andrea Huesler and German Daniel Altmaier, the No 8 seed, in the next round
Colombian Daniel Elahi Galan won against Italian Marco Cecchinato 6-2, 6-2 to move into the second round of the Generali Open at Kitzbühel Tennis Club in Kitzbuhel on Monday.
Galan, ranked No 76 in the world, will face the winner of the match between Swiss Marc-Andrea Huesler and German Daniel Altmaier, the No 8 seed, next.
