Eastbourne Open: Barrere edges past Ruusuvuori to reach second round
Gregoire Barrere edged out Emil Ruusuvuori 3-6, 7-6 (6), 7-6 (4) on Monday. He’ll face No 5 seed Nicolas Jarry in the next round

Frenchman Gregoire Barrere moved into the second round of the Eastbourne Open by edging out Finn Emil Ruusuvuori 3-6, 7-6 (6), 7-6 (4) at the Devonshire Park LAwn Tennis Club on Monday.
Barrere, ranked No 57, will face No 5 seed Nicolas Jarry next.
