Eastbourne Open: Barrere makes quarter-finals
Gregoire Barrere edged out Nicolas Jarry 6-3, 4-6, 6-4 on Wednesday and will face Serb Miomir Kecmanovic, the No 8 seed, in the next round

Frenchman Gregoire Barrere advanced to the quarter-finals of the Eastbourne Open by edging out Chilean Nicolas Jarry, the No 5 seed, 6-3, 4-6, 6-4 at the Devonshire Park LAwn Tennis Club on Wednesday.
Barrere, ranked No 57, will play Serb Miomir Kecmanovic, the No 8 seed, next.
In the previous round of the Eastbourne tournament, the Frenchman edged out Finn Emil Ruusuvuori (3-6, 7-6 (6), 7-6 (4)).
