Dubai Open: Tsitsipas holds off Sonego to reach second round
Stefanos Tsitsipas defeated Lorenzo Sonego 7-6 (4), 6-3 on Monday and will face Russian Karen Khachanov in the next round

Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, the No 4 seed, won against Italian Lorenzo Sonego 7-6 (4), 6-3 to reach the second round of the Dubai Open at the Aviation Club Tennis Centre on Monday.
Tsitsipas, ranked No 11, will face Russian Karen Khachanov next.
