Dubai Open: Hurkacz sets up quarter-final clash with world No 1 Djokovic
Hubert Hurkacz won against Pavel Kotov 7-5, 6-1 on Wednesday evening and will face Serb Novak Djokovic, the top seed, in the next round

Pole Hubert Hurkacz, the No 5 seed, won against Russian qualifier Pavel Kotov 7-5, 6-1 to advance to the last eight of the Dubai Open at the Aviation Club Tennis Centre on Wednesday evening.
Hurkacz, ranked No 11, will play Serb Novak Djokovic, the top seed, next.
The Pole edged out Russian lucky loser Alexander Shevchenko (3-6, 6-3, 7-6 (7)) ahead of his victory.
In the previous round, Kotov, ranked No 138, edged out Australian wildcard Alexei Popyrin 6-3, 5-7, 7-6 (3).
