Qatar Open: Draper returns with win over Popyrin to make second round

No 8 seed Jack Draper won against Australian Alexei Popyrin 6-2, 7-6 (4) to advance to the second round of the Qatar Open at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex in Doha.

Draper, ranked No 16, will play Australian qualifier Christopher O’Connell next.
