Kecmanovic notches 100th career win and reaches Delray Beach final

Serb Miomir Kecmanovic picked up his 100th career win on Saturday at the Delray Beach Open, defeating Moldova’s Radu Albot 7-6 (8), 3-6, 6-2 to reach his 9th career ATP final.
Kecmanovic, ranked No 33, will play the winner of the match between top seed Taylor Fritz and Mackenzie McDonald next.
Kecmanovic was tough as nails in the opening set, as he saved a trio of set points in the tiebreak before closing out the set. After he dropped the middle set to the 2019 Delray Beach champion, Kecmanovic pulled away from Albot in the final set, breaking serve three times on four opportunities
In the previous rounds of the Delray Beach tournament, the Serb defeated Portuguese qualifier Nuno Borges (6-3, 7-5) and American Marcos Giron (7-6 (5), 6-3).
Albot, ranked No 113, won against Spanish wildcard Fernando Verdasco (7-6 (3), 7-6 (1)), Australian lucky loser Aleksandar Vukic (6-4, 6-4) and American Tommy Paul, the second seed (6-2, 6-2) earlier in the tournament.
