Alex Michelsen won against Tennys Sandgren 6-3, 3-6, 6-1 on Tuesday evening and will play top seed Frances Tiafoe in the next round

Alex Michelsen reached the second round of the Dallas Open by winning against Tennys Sandgren 6-3, 3-6, 6-1 at the Styslinger/Altec Tennis Complex on Tuesday evening.
Michelsen, ranked No 75, will play top seed Frances Tiafoe next.
