Croatia Open: Mensik books spot in second round
Jakub Mensik won against Alexei Popyrin 6-3, 6-2 on Monday and will play the winner of the match between Italian Luciano Darderi, the No 5 seed, and Croat Duje Ajdukovic in the next round

Jakub Mensik moved into the second round of the Croatia Open by winning against Australian Alexei Popyrin 6-3, 6-2 at the ITC Stella Maris in Umag on Monday afternoon.
Mensik, ranked No 81, will play the winner of the match between Italian Luciano Darderi, the No 5 seed, and Croat Duje Ajdukovic next.
