Top-seeded Rublev through to Citi Open semi-finals

Russian Andrey Rublev, the top seed, advanced to the semi-finals of the Citi Open by winning against American wildcard J.J. Wolf 6-2, 6-3 at Rock Creek Park Tennis Center in Washington on Saturday night.
Rublev, ranked No 8, will play Japanese Yoshihito Nishioka next.
Ahead of his victory, the Russian defeated Jack Draper (6-4, 6-2) and American Maxime Cressy, the No 13 seed (6-4, 7-6 (8)).
Wolf, ranked No 99, won against Japanese qualifier Taro Daniel (6-2, 6-3), Canadian Denis Shapovalov, the No 6 seed (6-2, 6-7 (5), 6-3) and Dane Holger Rune, the No 9 seed (7-5, 4-6, 6-3) in the previous rounds of the Citi Open, Washington D.C.
