Cincinnati Masters: Darderi knocks out Tabilo to move into second round

Italian Luciano Darderi beat Chilean Alejandro Tabilo 6-3, 7-6 (5) to advance to the second round of the Cincinnati Masters at the Lindner Family Tennis Center.

It is Darderi’s first hard-court win on the ATP Tour as he moves through to face a fellow Italian in Flavio Cobolli next.
