Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut, the No 15 seed, moved into the last 16 of the Cincinnati Masters by defeating American qualifier Marcos Giron 6-3, 6-3 at the Linder Tennis Family Center on Wednesday evening.
Bautista Agut, ranked No 19, will face the winner of the match between Croat Borna Coric and Spaniard Rafael Nadal, the second seed, next.
