China Open: Medvedev makes quarter-finals
Daniil Medvedev won against Adrian Mannarino 7-6 (6), 6-2 on Saturday afternoon and will play Italian Flavio Cobolli in the next round

Russian Daniil Medvedev, the No 3 seed, defeated Frenchman Adrian Mannarino 7-6 (6), 6-2 to advance to the quarter-finals of the China Open at the Olympic Green Tennis Center in Beijing on Saturday.
Medvedev, ranked No 5, will play Italian Flavio Cobolli next.
The Russian won against Frenchman Gael Monfils (6-3, 6-4) in the previous round of the Beijing tournament.
In the previous round of the Beijing tournament, Mannarino, ranked No 44, won against Italian Lorenzo Sonego (1-6, 6-2, 6-3).
