Spanish qualifier Roberto Bautista Agut beat French lucky loser Arthur Rinderknech 6-3, 6-4 to advance to the second round of the China Open at the Olympic Green Tennis Center in Beijing on Friday.
Bautista Agut, ranked No 61, will play Jiri Lehecka next.
