Brazilian Thiago Seyboth Wild won against Argentinian qualifier Roman Andres Burruchaga 6-4, 6-4 to reach the second round of the Chile Open at Club Universidad Católica de San Carlos de Apoquindo in Santiago de Chile on Tuesday evening.
Seyboth Wild, ranked No 73, will play No 3 seed Arthur Fils next.
