Chile Open: Etcheverry defeats Fognini, through to second round
Tomas Martin Etcheverry won against Fabio Fognini 6-1, 7-6 (1) on Tuesday evening and will play second seed Francisco Cerundolo in the next round
Argentinian Tomas Martin Etcheverry advanced to the second round of the Chile Open by winning against Italian Fabio Fognini 6-1, 7-6 (1) at the Club Universidad Católica de San Carlos de Apoquindo in Santiago on Tuesday evening.
Etcheverry, ranked No 76, will play second seed Francisco Cerundolo next.
