Argentinian Federico Coria moved into the second round of the Chile Open by winning against Slovak qualifier Alex Molcan 6-1, 7-6 (1) at Club Universidad Católica de San Carlos de Apoquindo in Santiago de Chile on Monday evening.
Coria, ranked No 88, will face top seed Nicolas Jarry next.
