Kazakh Alexander Bublik moved into the last 16 of the Rothesay International Eastbourne by beating American Frances Tiafoe, the No 7 seed, 5-7, 7-6 (4), 6-0 on Monday afternoon.
Bublik, ranked No 39, will face Australian qualifier John Millman next.
