Brisbane Open: Dimitrov reaches second round

Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov, the second seed, beat German qualifier Yannick Hanfmann 7-6 (5), 6-3 to move into the second round of the Brisbane Open at the Queensland Tennis Centre on Monday night.

Dimitrov, ranked No 10, will play Australian wildcard Aleksandar Vukic next.
