BMW Open: Sonego reaches second round
Lorenzo Sonego edged out Quentin Halys 3-6, 7-6 (5), 7-5 on Tuesday and will play the winner of the match between Chilean Cristian Garin and German qualifier Marko Topo in the next round

Italian Lorenzo Sonego, the No 6 seed, edged out Frenchman Quentin Halys 3-6, 7-6 (5), 7-5 to move into the second round of the BMW Open at the MTTC Iphitos complex in Munich on Tuesday.
Sonego, ranked No 45, will face the winner of the match between Chilean Cristian Garin and German qualifier Marko Topo next.
