Belgrade Open: Cerundolo advances to quarter-finals
Francisco Cerundolo beat Roman Safiullin in straight sets on Wednesday and will face Serb wildcard Hamad Medjedovic next

Argentinian Francisco Cerundolo, the No 3 seed, moved into the quarter-finals of the Belgrade Open by defeating Russian Roman Safiullin 6-4, 6-4 at the Belgrade Arena on Wednesday.
Cerundolo, ranked No 29, will face Serb wildcard Hamad Medjedovic next.
Safiullin, ranked No 60, won against Italian Fabio Fognini (6-3, 6-3) in the previous round of the Belgrade tournament.
