WHY Was KYRGIOS OFF THE TOUR in 2023 and 2024?
Kyrgios had been off the Tour in 2023 and 2024 due to an injury. He pulled out of the Australian Open in 2023 due to a knee injury, for which he underwent surgery on January 23.
Kyrgios pulled out of the French Open and though he played one match in Stuttgart, he then missed Wimbledon and the US Open with a wrist injury.
He missed the rest of 2023 and after playing in a warm-up match at the Australian Open in 2024, he pulled out of the Australian Open for the second consecutive year. He did play one match at UTS New York on the eve of the 2024 US Open but then pulled out of the rest of the event and missed the rest of the season before making a comeback during the Australian Summer in 2025.
Has Nick Kyrgios won Wimbledon?
