Serb Laslo Djere beat Italian Fabio Fognini 6-4, 6-4 to move into the second round of the Argentina Open at the Buenos Aires Lawn Tennis Club on Monday night.
Djere, ranked No 57, will face top seed Carlos Alcaraz next. It will be Alcaraz’ first appearance on the ATP Tour in 2023.
