Adelaide Open: Giron advances to second round

American Marcos Giron beat Australian Aleksandar Vukic 6-2, 3-6, 6-3 to move into the second round of the Adelaide Open at the Memorial Drive Tennis Centre on Tuesday.

Giron, ranked No 45, will play Canadian Denis Shapovalov next.
