ATP rankings report – Alcaraz hits No 4, career-highs for Musetti, Baez, Cressy
Carlos Alcaraz becomes the youngest ATP player to hold a top-4 ranking since Rafael Nadal in 2005 in this week’s ATP rankings.
Carlos Alcaraz didn’t complete a successful title defence at Umag on Sunday, but the Spaniard has plenty to feel good about in spite of the loss to Jannik Sinner in the final.
Alcaraz rises to a career-high ranking of No 4 in the world – at 19 years and two months of age, he is the youngest player to hold a top-four ranking since Rafael Nadal in 2005.
The Spaniard leapfrogs Stefanos Tsitsipas in Monday’s rankings. He leads the Greek by a Slim margin of 35 points.

Career-highs for Musetti, Baez and Cressy
A trio of young guns continued their push up the ATP rankings as Lorenzo Musetti, Sebastian Baez and Maxime Cressy each record career-high rankings this week.
Musetti jumps one spot to 30, Baez jumps one to 31 and Cressy jumps two to 32.
Additionally, American Mackenzie McDonald makes a new career-high at 48, after climbing three spots.
