Ningbo Open: Andreeva dismantles Korpatsch to move into quarter-finals

Russian Mirra Andreeva beat German lucky loser Tamara Korpatsch 6-0, 6-4 to move into the last eight of the Ningbo Open at the Yinzhou Tennis Center.
Andreeva, ranked No 19, will play the winner of the match between Chinese lucky loser YeXin Ma and No 4 seed Barbora Krejcikova next.
The 17-year-old Russian defeated American qualifier Varvara Lepchenko (6-2, 6-0) in the previous round of the Ningbo tournament.
During the first round of the Ningbo tournament, Korpatsch, ranked No 129, edged out Hungarian lucky loser Anna Bondar (6-7 (4), 7-6 (6), 6-4).
