Italian Martina Trevisan, the top seed, advanced to the last 16 of the Morocco Open when Spaniard Nuria Parrizas Diaz withdrew, trailing 6-2, 0-0 at Union Sportive des Cheminots du Maroc in Rabat on Monday evening.
Trevisan, ranked No 26, will face Croat qualifier Jana Fett next.
