Munich Open: Huesler moves into quarter-finals, to meet Rune next
The Swiss qualifier beat Yannick Hanfmann 6-2, 6-4 in the second round on Thursday

Swiss qualifier Marc-Andrea Huesler reached the quarter-finals of the Munich Open by beating German Yannick Hanfmann 6-2, 6-4 at the MTTC Iphitos complex on Thursday.
Huesler, ranked No 223, will face Dane Holger Rune, the second seed, next.
In the previous round of the tournament, the Swiss won against German wildcard Marko Topo (3-6, 6-1, 6-3).
Hanfmann, ranked No 61, edged out Kazakh Alexander Shevchenko, the No 8 seed (6-7 (6), 6-3, 7-5) earlier in the week.
