Jack Draper won the final on Sunday against Holger Rune
No 13 seed Jack Draper beat Dane Holger Rune, the No 12 seed, 6-2, 6-2 to win the Indian Wells Masters trophy in California on Sunday.
Draper, ranked No 14, defeated Brazilian wildcard Joao Fonseca (6-4, 6-0), American Jenson Brooksby (7-5, 6-4), American Taylor Fritz, the No 3 seed (7-5, 6-4), American Ben Shelton, the No 11 seed (6-4, 7-5) and Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, the second seed (6-1, 0-6, 6-4) ahead of his victory.
Earlier in the tournament, Rune, ranked No 13, beat Frenchman Corentin Moutet (6-2, 6-4), Frenchman Ugo Humbert, the No 18 seed (5-7, 6-4, 7-5), Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, the No 8 seed (6-4, 6-4), Dutchman Tallon Griekspoor (5-7, 6-0, 6-3) and Russian Daniil Medvedev, the No 5 seed (7-5, 6-4).
