Russian Anastasia Potapova, the top seed, beat Austrian Julia Grabher 6-4, 6-0 to reach the second round of the Cluj-Napoca Open at the BT Arena on Tuesday.

Potapova, ranked No 32, will play the winner of the match between Dutchwoman Arantxa Rus and Swiss Viktorija Golubic next.
