WTA Hobart: Top seed Yastremska books spot in last eight
Dayana Yastremska defeated Ann Li 1-6, 7-5, 6-2 on Wednesday and will play American McCartney Kessler in the next round

Ukrainian Dayana Yastremska, the top seed, defeated American qualifier Ann Li 1-6, 7-5, 6-2 to move into the quarter-finals of the Hobart International on Wednesday.
Yastremska, ranked No 33, will play American McCartney Kessler next at the Hobart’s Domain Tennis Centre.
The Ukrainian won against American Katie Volynets (2-6, 6-4, 6-1) in the previous round of the tournament.
Earlier in the week, Li, ranked No 91, won against wildcard Sloane Stephens (7-5, 6-1).
