Radwanska joins Linette’s coaching team for 2025
The former world No 2 will guide fellow Pole Magda Linette as assistant coach and consultant
Polish tennis legend Agnieszka Radwanska has joined compatriot Magda Linette‘s team as an assistant coach and consultant for the 2025 season. She will join forces with Linette’s head coach Mark Gellard.
Linette, the world No 38, took to X (formerly Twitter) a few days ago and shared a picture of herself taking advice from Radwanska on the court. In the caption, she expressed delight while revealing the former world No 2’s addition to her team.
“Someone pinch me! [Agnieszka Radwanksa] just joined my team,” Linette wrote.
On Tuesday (December 24), the WTA confirmed Radwanska’s role in Linette’s team, confirming the partnership between the two.
Radwanska played tennis professionally from 2005-18, winning 20 tour-level titles, including the WTA Finals in 2015. Her best Grand Slam performance came at Wimbledon in 2012, where she ended second best to Serena Williams (6-1, 5-7, 6-2).
