Sara Bejlek advanced to the last eight of the IEB + Argentina Open by beating Spaniard Angela Fita Boluda 6-2, 6-1 on Wednesday night.
Bejlek, ranked No 210, will play Frenchwoman Leolia Jeanjean next.
Sara Bejlek won against American Robin Montgomery, the No 5 seed (5-7, 7-6 (3), 6-1) in the previous round.
In the previous round, Fita Boluda, ranked No 243, won against Argentinian wildcard Martina Capurro Taborda (4-6, 6-3, 6-1).
