Citi Open: Van Assche advances to second round to face top seed Rublev

Luca Van Assche won against Arthur Cazaux 6-4, 6-3 to move into the second round of the Citi Open at the William H.G. FitzGerald Tennis Center in Washington on Tuesday.

Van Assche, ranked No 118, will play top seed Andrey Rublev next.
