Grand Est Open 88: Seventh seed Lamens upset by Janicijevic in second round
Selena Janicijevic won against Suzan Lamens 6-4, 6-4 on Thursday and will face the winner of the match between Spaniard Leyre Romero Gormaz and Slovenian Dalila Jakupovic in the next round

Frenchwoman Selena Janicijevic defeated Dutchwoman Suzan Lamens, the No 7 seed, 6-4, 6-4 to advance to the quarter-finals of the Grand Est Open 88 on Thursday.
Janicijevic, ranked No 225, will face the winner of the match between Spaniard Leyre Romero Gormaz and Slovenian Dalila Jakupovic next.
The 21-year-old Frenchman won against wildcard Amandine Hesse (6-1, 6-3) in the previous round.
Lamens, ranked No 138, beat French wildcard Jenny Lim (6-2, 7-6 (6)) earlier in the week.
