Frenchman Ugo Humbert, the No 3 seed, beat Dutch qualifier Gijs Brouwer 4-6, 6-3, 6-3 to advance to the semi-finals of the’s-Hertogenbosch Open at the Autotron Rosmalen on Saturday.
Humbert, ranked No 16, will play Australian Alex De Minaur, the top seed, next.
The Frenchman won against Arthur Fils (6-3, 7-6 (1)) in the previous round of the Rosmalen tournament.
Earlier in the tournament, Brouwer, ranked No 232, defeated Jakub Mensik (6-1, 3-6, 6-3) and Frenchman Adrian Mannarino, the No 5 seed (6-3, 6-3).
