Keys advances to last four at WTA Strasbourg 500
Madison Keys ousted Magda Linette in straight sets on Thursday in Strasbourg. Next up for Keys is Liudmila Samsonova in the semi-finals.

Madison Keys, the No 4 seed, overpowered Pole Magda Linette 6-1, 6-3 to reach the semi-finals of the Strasbourg Open at the Tennis Club de Strasbourg on Thursday.
Keys, ranked No 16, will face Russian Liudmila Samsonova, the No 5 seed, on Friday.
The American previously beat China’s Xinyu Wang (7-5, 6-0) ahead of Thursday’s victory.
Earlier in the tournament, Linette — ranked No 50 — got the best of Romanian Sorana Cirstea (7-5, 7-5) and Russian Ekaterina Alexandrova, the No 6 seed (6-7 (5), 6-3, 6-3).
