Rouen Open: Kalinina knocks out Mirra Andreeva to make last four
Anhelina Kalinina beat Mirra Andreeva 6-4, 7-5 on Friday evening and will face Pole Magda Linette in the next round

Ukrainian Anhelina Kalinina, the No 3 seed, advanced to the last four of the Rouen Open by beating Russian Mirra Andreeva, the No 5 seed, 6-4, 7-5 at the Kindarena.
Kalinina, ranked No 32, will play Pole Magda Linette next.
The Ukrainian won against Frenchwoman Alize Cornet (6-4, 7-5) and Italian Martina Trevisan (6-2, 6-3) earlier in the tournament.
In the previous rounds of the Rouen tournament, Andreeva, ranked No 43, defeated Argentinian Nadia Podoroska (6-1, 6-3) and Elina Avanesyan (7-5, 6-4).
