Stuttgart Open: Noskova beats Ostapenko in first round

Linda Noskova moved into the second round of the Stuttgart Open by winning against Latvian Jelena Ostapenko, the No 8 seed, 6-3, 6-1 at the Porsche-Arena on Tuesday evening.
Noskova, ranked No 31, will play the winner of the match between wildcard Emma Raducanu and German wildcard Angelique Kerber next.
