American qualifier Sachia Vickery beat Belarusian qualifier Aliaksandra Sasnovich 7-6 (2), 7-5 to move into the second round of the Stuttgart Open at the Porsche-Arena.
Vickery, ranked No 134, will play No 3 seed Coco Gauff next.
