Wozniacki crashes out in Charleston as Kalinina advances

Ukrainian Anhelina Kalinina, the No 15 seed, advanced to the last 16 of the Charleston Open by defeating Dane wildcard Caroline Wozniacki 6-2, 6-3 at the Family Circle Tennis Center on Wednesday night.
Kalinina, ranked No 33, will face the winner of the match between Russian Daria Kasatkina, the No 4 seed, and American Ashlyn Krueger next.
In the previous round of the Charleston tournament, Wozniacki, ranked No 126, won against American lucky loser Mccartney Kessler (6-0, 6-1).
