Antalya Open: Begu books spot in last eight

Romanian Irina-Camelia Begu, the No 4 seed, moved into the last 8 of the Antalya Open by winning against Croat Tara Wurth 7-5, 6-2 at the Megasaray Tennis Academy on Thursday.
Begu, ranked No 126, will play Slovenian Polona Hercog next.
The 33-year-old Romanian beat Austrian Sinja Kraus (7-6 (10), 6-1) ahead of her victory.
In the previous round of the Antalya tournament, Wurth, ranked No 493, won against wildcard Cagla Buyukakcay (6-3, 6-1).
