Montpellier Open: Impressive Shapovalov earns first win in over six months
Denis Shapovalov won against Hugo Gaston 6-1, 6-3 and will play second seed Alexander Bublik in the next round

Denis Shapovalov beat Frenchman Hugo Gaston 6-1, 6-3 to move into the second round of the Montpellier Open at the Sud de France Arena.
It is the Canadian’s first win since Wimbledon last summer, having missed the second half of last season through injury.
Shapovalov, ranked No 137, will face second seed Alexander Bublik next.
