Angers Open: Bucsa defeats Boskovic to move into quarter-finals

Spaniard Cristina Bucsa, the No 3 seed, won against Croat Lea Boskovic 6-3, 4-6, 6-1 to reach the quarter-finals of the Angers Open at the Arena Loire de Trélazé.
Bucsa, ranked No 90, will play the winner of the match between Jessika Ponchet and wildcard Audrey Albie next.
The Spaniard beat Frenchwoman Alice Robbe (6-1, 2-6, 6-1) ahead of her victory.
In the previous round of the Angers tournament, Boskovic, ranked No 214, won against French wildcard Harmony Tan (1-6, 6-4, 6-3).
