Chengdu Open: Rinderknech books spot in second round

Frenchman Arthur Rinderknech won against Australian lucky loser Li Tu 7-6 (5), 7-6 (6) to reach the second round of the Chengdu Open at the Sichuan International Tennis Center on Thursday night.
Rinderknech, ranked No 67, will face the winner of the match between Kazakh Alexander Bublik, the No 5 seed, and American Marcos Giron next.
