Generali Open: Thiem comes back against Zhang, through to quarter-finals
Dominic Thiem won against Zhizhen Zhang 1-6, 6-3, 6-2 on Wednesday evening. He’ll face Frenchman Arthur Rinderknech in the next round
Austrian wildcard Dominic Thiem advanced to the quarter-finals of the Generali Open by winning against Chinese Zhizhen Zhang 1-6, 6-3, 6-2 at Kitzbühel Tennis Club in Kitzbuhel on Wednesday evening.
Thiem, ranked No 116, will play Frenchman Arthur Rinderknech next.

In the previous round of the Kitzbuhel tournament, the Austrian beat Argentinian qualifier Facundo Bagnis (7-6 (3), 7-6 (6)).
Zhang, ranked No 53, defeated Serb Dusan Lajovic, the No 7 seed (6-3, 6-2) in the first round of the Kitzbuhel tournament.
